Sloppy Joe Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. strong coffee
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream first 4 ingredients together in an electric mixer.
Add egg, vanilla and sour milk, mixing until well blended.
Sift dry ingredients and add.
Mix in zucchini last.
Spoon into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan and sprinkle top of cake with chocolate chips.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
