Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. whole chicken, washed and cleaned
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 to 2 small onions
    salt
    pepper
    oregano
    carrots
    potatoes
Preparation
    Wash and clean chicken.
    Place in baking pan.
    Pour butter over chicken.
    Season with salt, pepper and oregano to taste. Place 1 small onion in cavity of chicken.
    Peel and quarter potatoes; peel and cut carrots in half.
    Place around chicken. Cut or slice second onion and place over potatoes and carrots. Cover with foil and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
    Fifteen minutes before done, remove foil to brown chicken.
