Hot Sausage Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 lb. hot sausage
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 pkg. dry garlic salad dressing mix
    Tabasco sauce to taste
    bits of pimento
Preparation
    In skillet cook and crumble the sausage.
    Drain well on a paper towel.
    In a heavy bottomed pan, melt cheese.
    Add milk, cooked sausage and other ingredients.
    Serve in a chafing dish with Tostitos.
