Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. finely chopped bell pepper
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 stick margarine
    1 (2 oz.) can chopped mushrooms
    1 (2 oz.) can pimiento (optional)
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. paprika
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 1/2 c. chicken stock
    1 chicken, cooked, boned and cubed
    6 oz. pkg. Cheddar, American or Velveeta cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. vermicelli or spaghetti, cooked
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Saute celery, bell pepper, onion and mushrooms. Add paprika, salt, nutmeg, pepper, pimiento, stock and chicken. Bring to a boil and add spaghetti and cheese.
    Stir until cheese melts.
