Marie'S 4-Alarm Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hot Italian sausage, casings removed and crumbled
    1 large onion, diced
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    2 (15 oz.) cans Hunt's chili beans (undrained)
    2 (15 oz.) cans Hunt's tomato sauce
    1 (28 oz.) can Hunt's whole tomatoes, drained and crushed
    1 c. beer or beef broth
    2 Tbsp. Gebhardt chili powder
    2 Tbsp. seeded and diced jalapeno peppers (optional)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    shredded Cheddar cheese
    sour cream
    green onions
Preparation
    In Dutch oven, cook crumbled sausage, onion and garlic in hot oil until sausage is no longer pink; drain. Add remaining ingredients except Cheddar, sour cream and green onions. Simmer, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
