Oven Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. beef stew meat
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. oil
3 potatoes, diced
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
5 carrots, diced
1 regular size can stewed tomatoes
Preparation

Toss beef with flour, salt and pepper. Mix in casserole dish with oil. Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Stir once. Add rest of the ingredients and cover. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
