Apple-Carrot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 unpeeled apples, diced
2 c. shredded raw carrots
1/4 c. onion, minced
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
lettuce
Preparation

Combine the apples with grated carrot and minced onion.
Add sour cream; blend in lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Serve on lettuce.
