Soda Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 egg whites
1/2 tsp. Cream of Tartar
1 tsp. vanilla
16 Saltine Crackers
1 c. sugar
1 c. pecans
Icing
Whip Cream
Sm. can Crushed Pineapple

Preparation

Beat eggs whites until stiff.
Add Cream of Tartar.
Crush crackers. Fold crackers, vanilla, sugar and pecans into egg whites.
Bake in a grease pie plate for 30 minutes at 325 degrees. After pie cools, add icing
