Special Occasion Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. powdered sugar
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 tsp. mint or peppermint extract
    2 to 3 drops food coloring
Preparation
    Mix together and knead sugar and cheese.
    Add extract and food coloring (to reach desired color) or just extract if you prefer creme-color mints.
    Use candy-mint molds to shape.
    Freeze or refrigerate until time to use.
