Baltimore Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. crab meat
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. minced parsley
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    fine sifted dried bread crumbs
    oil
    Old Bay seafood seasoning
Preparation
    Mix crab meat, salt, dry mustard, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, egg, mayonnaise and parsley.
    Press mixture together into 8 small cakes.
    Just before serving, dip cakes into egg, then into crumbs/seasonings.
    Fry cakes rapidly (in oil) over high heat until delicately brown.
