Prize Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
1 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
flavoring (your choice)

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar; blend with pastry cutter until smooth. Add eggs; mix.
Add flour; mix.
Add pecans.
Pour into muffin tins.
Bake until brown at 350\u00b0.
Makes 12.
Great for mini muffins too!
