Crab Or Shrimp Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 envelope gelatin
    3 green onions, finely chopped
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. celery, finely chopped
    1 can (4 oz.) mashed crab or shrimp
    Tabasco if desired
    salt if desired
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in 3 tablespoons cold water; add to heated mushroom soup.
    Mash cream cheese until creamy, add mayonnaise, celery, onions, crab (shrimp) and soup mixes.
    Pour into decorative mold.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Unmold and serve with crackers. Serves 12 to 16.
