Eggplant Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large eggplant, sliced and boiled until tender
    1 onion, diced
    3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
    2 c. spaghetti sauce
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    garlic seasoning
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Sprinkle garlic seasoning and Parmesan cheese into bread crumbs.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix eggplant, onion and half the spaghetti sauce in a casserole dish.
    Sprinkle bread crumbs over this; add remaining spaghetti sauce.
    Put Mozzarella cheese over this.
    Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
