Taco Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 pkg. taco seasoning (optional)
1 onion, chopped
3 tomatoes, chopped and drained
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
16 oz. sour cream
1 large jar salsa
1 pepper, chopped
3/4 head lettuce, chopped
Preparation

Combine cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning.
With electric mixer, beat until smooth.
Spread mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread salsa over cheese; sprinkle the onion, pepper, tomatoes and lettuce on top.
Finish with a layer of Cheddar cheese.
Serve with tortilla chips (2 bags).
