No Crust Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 stick melted margarine
    7 oz. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix everything together and pour into 2 (9-inch) pie pans. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
