Pecan Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
    2 c. powdered sugar
    1/8 tsp. maple flavoring
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
    3 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix together marshmallow cream, sugar and flavoring.
    Makes stiff dough.
    Divide into 5 pieces and roll into 5-inch long rolls.
    Put in refrigerator and freeze (or until stiff and firm).
