7 Layer Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped spanish onion
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas, cooked and drained
mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sugar
Parmesan cheese
Bacos
Preparation

Slice lettuce across and up and down to shred. Place in bottom of large bowl. Add a layer each of celery, green pepper, spanish onion and peas. Cover with a 1/4 inch layer of mayonnaise. Sprinkle with sugar. Cover with generous layer of parmesan and bacos. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours. Toss right before serving.
