Coconut Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    unbaked pie crust
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Cover bottom of crust with coconut.
    Beat eggs in a large bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients and beat well.
    Pour into an unbaked pie crust and bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
