Quick And Easy Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bread (any kind)
1 lb. bulk or link sausage, browned and drained
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Tear up bread slices into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Cut link sausages into slices and layer over bread.
Sprinkle cheese over sausage.
Beat together eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper and pour over other ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
The cheese will rise to the top during baking.
Serves 6 to 8 and can be prepared the night before and put in refrigerator. Recipe can be doubled easily.
