Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. syrup
    1/4 c. water
    1 qt. raw peanuts
    2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cook sugar, syrup and water until it begins to boil.
    Add peanuts.
    Cook until peanuts are parched.
    Remove from heat.
    Add 2 teaspoons baking soda.
    Stir until well mixed.
    Pour in buttered pan.
