Sour Cream Chili Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (1 1/4 oz.) envelope taco seasoning mix
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 1/2 c. corn chips
1 1/4 c. sour cream
Preparation

Cook ground beef and onion until meat is browned and onion is tender; drain.
Stir in beans, tomato sauce, taco seasoning mix and 3/4 cup of cheese.
Sprinkle 2 1/2 cups corn chips in bottom of an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
Cover with chili.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Spread sour cream over chili.
Top with remaining chips and cheese.
Bake 3 to 4 minutes longer.
Serves 6 to 8.
