Apple Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated apples
    8-inch unbaked pie shell
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    3 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    Add 1 cup sugar, lemon juice and vanilla. Add apples, mixing well.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Pour melted butter over top.
    Mix cinnamon and 3 teaspoons sugar together, then sprinkle over top of pie.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until custard sets.
