Country Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. sliced bacon
1 lb. very fine egg noodles
3 c. sour cream
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 onions, minced
2 c. cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
dash of hot pepper sauce
4 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Fry bacon crisp; drain and crumble.
Cook noodles, based on package directions; drain.
Mix all remaining ingredients (except Parmesan) in large bowl.
Add noodles and bacon; toss until well mixed.
Turn into deep 3 1/2-quart buttered casserole.
Cover and bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, or until heated through.
Remove cover; sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan.
Broil until golden brown.
Serve with extra Parmesan and also extra sour cream (if you wish).
