Nutritious Pecan Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. cooked, drained pinto beans
3/4 c. butter
1 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 lb. confectioners sugar
2 c. chopped pecans
2 c. pecan halves
Preparation

Mash the cooked, drained beans thoroughly.
They will measure 1 cup when mashed.
In a bowl, cream the butter until light.
Beat in the unsweetened cocoa and vanilla (try with black walnut flavoring).
Gradually blend in the confectioners sugar, then the mashed beans, mixing thoroughly.
Stir in the chopped pecans.
