Steak Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, thinly sliced
    2 c. stuffing, mixed as directed on box
    1 pkg. onion soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can water
    butter
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut steak into pieces long enough to roll.
    Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper.
    Place 1/2 cup stuffing in center.
    Roll pinwheel fashion.
    Fasten with toothpicks.
    Brown in butter; add soup mix.
    Cover and simmer over low heat about 1 hour.
    Baste occasionally.
    Thicken with flour.
