Lemon Chicken(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole chicken breasts
    salt
    1 tsp. crushed dried tarragon
    3 lemons, halved
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Split chicken breasts.
    Place each half chicken breast in 12-inch piece of foil.
    Salt both sides of breasts.
    Sprinkle each breast evenly with tarragon.
    Form envelope with foil.
    Squeeze lemon on each chicken breast.
    Seal foil. Place in shallow baking dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Serves 6 with 110 calories and 2 low-fat meat.
