Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter flavor Crisco
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 egg
    3/4 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cream Crisco, sugars, egg and vanilla in large bowl.
    Combine flour, salt and soda.
    Blend into creamed mixture.
    Blend in 1 tablespoon water.
    Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by level spoonful 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 7 to 8 minutes.
    Cool on baking sheet 1 minute. Remove from sheets and let cool.
    Makes about 3 dozen.
