Carob Tofu Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. firm tofu (room temperature)
1 c. carob chips
3 to 4 Tbsp. honey

Preparation

Melt carob chips and honey in saucepan over boiling water. Blend in blender with tofu.
May need to add a little hot water to thin mixture slightly.
