Chicken San Francisco - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts
    salt and pepper
    flour
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1/2 tsp. basil or Beau Monde
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    parsley, shredded
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Season chicken with salt and pepper.
    Dredge in flour.
    Brown in butter until golden.
    Add onions and mushrooms.
    Add wine. Simmer 10 minutes or until onions are soft.
    Stir in sour cream and spices.
    Simmer 5 minutes longer, tossing gently several times.
    Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
    Makes 6 servings.
