Delores' Dill Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium red potatoes, sliced thin
    onion, sliced thin (optional)
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. dill weed
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Add dill weed, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well.
    Layer potatoes and onions in microwavable casserole, pouring margarine mixture after each layer.
    Microwave on High until tender.
    Cover with wrap to prevent drying out.
