Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 small onion (diced)
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 Tbsp. pepper
    1 can tomato soup
    1 1/2 cans water
Preparation
    Mix rice, ground beef, onion, salt and pepper together.
    Form round balls.
    Put in baking kettle.
    Mix tomato soup with 1 1/2 cans water and pour over meatballs.
    Cook in oven, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
