Lemon Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. margarine, softened
2 eggs or 1/2 c. egg substitute
3 Tbsp. Minute Maid lemon juice
confectioners sugar (optional)
