Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
dash of pepper
2 c. canned corn
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. oil
1 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
-
Beat egg.
Add remaining ingredients and beat well.
Drop by teaspoonful into hot fat.
Cook until golden brown, about 3 minutes.
Drain on paper towel.
