Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 zucchini
    2 c. olive oil
    1 c. red wine vinegar
    3 c. sliced red onion
    2 c. chopped pimento
    3 garlic cloves
    salt
    pepper
    3 green peppers
    2 (9 oz.) jars green olives
    2 (4 oz.) cans chopped black olives
Preparation
    Steam zucchini.
    Plunge into cold water; dice when cool. Combine with oil, vinegar, chopped onion, chopped pimento, crushed garlic, salt, pepper, diced pepper and chopped olives.
    Let marinate.
