Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. salsa
1- 15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 envelope taco seasoning
16 oz. cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 tbsp. oregano
10 tortillas
1-1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Brown meat and drain grease. Add tomato sauce, salsa and taco seasoning mix. Simmer, stirring frequently
for 5 minutes. In a separate bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs and oregano. Break tortillas into 1/4 pieces and spread half of the broken pieces on the bottom of a 9 x 13 dish sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray. Top with half of the
meat mix, then the cottage cheese mixture Top with remaining tortillas. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake in pre-heated 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes. Remove and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
