Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. milk

Preparation

Bring to full boil.
Cook 2 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Beat until thick.
