Oriental Stuffed Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain rice
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. sliced green onion with tops
    6 beef strip steaks
    1/2 to 1/4 bottled teriyaki sauce
Preparation
    Cook
    rice
    according to package directions until done, about 25\tminutes;
    cool\tslightly.
    Stir
    in
    egg and onion. Preheat broiler.
    Using
    a\tsharp knife, cut a pocket in each steak. Stuff
    with
    rice mixture.\tBroil steaks 4-inches form the\theat until
    desired
    doneness.
    (Allow 4 to 6 minutes on each
    side for medium-rare.) Brush often with teriyaki sauce. Garnish with mushrooms and watercress, if desired.
    Serves 6.
