Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cabbage
    8 oz. shrimp
    2 Tbsp. peanut butter
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 to 2 green onions, diced
    1 Tbsp. salt
    egg roll wrappers
    1 tsp. ginger root (fresh)
Preparation
    Cut medium cabbage into 1-inch long thin slices.
    Place in a large bowl.
    Sprinkle salt over cabbage and toss.
    Wait for 15 minutes.
    This draws out moisture.
    Squeeze remaining water out and place on paper towels for about 2 minutes.
