Easy Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted oleo
2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. onion flakes
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 c. grated Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Thaw hash browns; mix with the ingredients.
Pour into a 9 x 12-inch pan.
Take 1/4 cup melted oleo and pour over 2 cups crushed corn flakes.
Mix well.
Spoon over potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
