Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large carton (small curd, low-fat) cottage cheese
    6 beaten eggs
    5 to 8 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    6 Tbsp. flour
    16 oz. Old English cheese (Kraft brand, comes sliced, buy two 8 oz. pkg.), shredded
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
    Butter (or use Pam) a long Pyrex dish.
    Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
