Seafood Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can V-8 juice
    1 lb. scallops
    1 lb. shrimp
    12 oz. crabmeat
    1 lb. codfish
    1 onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
    juice of 1 lemon
    3 potatoes, cubed
    10 oz. okra, in 1/2-inch slices
    1 tsp. salt
    1 bay leaf
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Cook onion, celery and potatoes in V-8 juice until potatoes are done. Add lemon juice and seasonings. Add shrimp, scallops and fish. Cook 5 minutes. Add okra and crab for 5 minutes.
    Serves 8.
