Chicken Salad Amandine With Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 lb. chicken breasts
    salt to taste
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 tsp. white pepper
    6 ribs celery, diced
    1/2 c. pickle relish
    1/2 c. toasted almond slivers
Preparation
    Boil the chicken breasts in lightly salted water until meat is tender.
    Let chicken cool. Debone and cut into small strips or pieces.
    Fold celery, relish and white pepper into mayonnaise. Fold chicken into mayonnaise mixture.
    Chill until ready to serve.
