Stuffed Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large Idaho potatoes
    10 strips bacon
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Bake potatoes until done.
    Cut hot potatoes in half.
    Scoop out potatoes, reserve shells.
    Fry bacon; drain and crumble.
    Saute onions in bacon fat; drain.
    Mash potatoes with butter.
    Add sour cream, onions, salt, pepper and bacon; mix well.
    If potatoes seem dry, add a little milk.
    Stuff in shells.
    Drizzle with melted butter.
    Then sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
