Glorified Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless, skinless chicken fillets
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown chicken lightly on both sides.
    Add soup and water (1 to 2 cans), salt and pepper.
    Bring to boil and let simmer until chicken is tender.
    Serve on white rice.
