Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 small can pumpkin (I use almost 2 c. fresh pumpkin which I put in blender to puree before adding to recipe)
    3 1/3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    2/3 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Then reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes more.
