Black-Eyed Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans drained black-eyed peas
    1/4 c. raw onion rings
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. oil
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Put in jar or glass bowl and cover for at least 2 days.
    Serve with crackers.
