Lobster Africaine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large lobster tails
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, chopped
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. half and half milk
    1 tsp. salt
    black pepper to taste
    1/2 c. dry sherry
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Parboil lobster for 5 minutes, after thawing, do not overcook. Drain and remove from shell.
    Cut into chunks.
    Set aside.
    Wrap and refrigerate shells.
