Mushroom Stuffed Lamb Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    butter or margarine
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, diced
    2 Tbsp. minced green onions
    1/2 tsp. savory
    1 1/2 c. white bread cubes (about 3 slices)
    4 lamb loin chops, each cut 1 inch thick (about 1 1/2 lb.) *
    salt
    pepper
    water
    3/4 lb. breen beans
    3 medium carrots, cut into matchstick-thin strips
Preparation
    *Ask your meat man to leave on the fell, the thin pieces of meat that extend beyond the chop.
