Mrs. J. Harris' Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. elbow macaroni
1 (10 oz.) pkg. extra sharp Cheddar cheese
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. oil
1 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Cook macaroni according to package, adding the salt and oil. In a pot melt 2 tablespoons butter or margarine on low flame. Stir black pepper, salt, paparika and 2 tablespoons of flour; mix well, then put 2 cups of milk, continuing to stir.
Add the cheese, cut up in small pieces.
Stir until thick; add your bread crumbs.
Pour sauce over macaroni in layers in a casserole dish and put it in the oven for 20 minutes at 400\u00b0 or until it browns on top.
