Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
6 medium potatoes, sliced into 4 rounds each
Italian seasoning to taste
Preparation

Pour butter into a rectangle baking dish.
In plastic bag, combine remaining ingredients.
Shake a few at a time, placing potatoes in a single layer.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Turn slices.
Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Bake 30 minutes more, or until tender.
